MANY FIGURES ARE ROUNDED FOR EASY READING BUT LETS NOT GET CARRIED AWAY AND CLAIM ITS A HUGE VARIATION , THEY ARE CLOSE ENOUGH TO ROUNDING ERRORS

The company claims the land and building are worth $100 Million

One Broker claims the value is $200 Million . I think this broker needs to attend remedial land valuation class's

The land was purchased from the remains of Australia's largest ever corporate collapse Timbercorp of $1 Billion and to this day is still the largest collapse and called a Ponzie scheme

Shortly after the collapse a new enterprise made up of ex stakeholders in Timbercorp purchased the olive assets , land, buildings and shrubs for $61 million and sold the water rights for $59 million You would assume it was a fair deal so the land including buildings and shrubs with no water rights is worth $2 million . Seems about right in a Sunburnt Country where water is worth more than gold and land without water is a desert

ANYONE CARE TO VALUE THE LAND BEFORE I START A CLOSER LOOK AT THE NEAR $100 MILLION OR AS MUCH AS $200 MILLION VARIATION IN THE CLAIMED AND ACTUAL VALUE OF THE LAND
