In most cases the conduit to the consumer is a retailer - it's easy to bang on about evil companies, most SMB retailers walk around the world in a daze. Frozen Coke for example - why do 800 McDonalds licencees have Frozen Coke at their own capital expense? It's a massive $GP driver and simply, it drives traffic. Same for Slurpee in 7-Eleven. Do you reckon they ask CCL for a sign?

Is the best time to hit CCL up for new equipment and pricing when they are doing well? No way, best time to lock in the deal is now. (you can use CCLs weakness to monetise your business for the next 3 summers)....... No mate, give me a sign otherwise I'll whinge on HC.

Let me know if you sell deck chairs.......I'll buy one, sit across the road and watch you go broke!
