All I can say is there is always going to be a reason not to invest in a nanocap because it does not match your risk profile. There aren't many sub 10 cent stocks with this much potential. Better odds than a mining company that needs to drill deposits or a biotech that needs to discover the magic wonder drug.
Just as a side note - NCF have patents in China, the US, Israel, Australia & Mexico. I believe Sinopec are genuinely serious about doing a deal - but the commercialisation agreement being developed is going to require an agreed pathway to build demonstration plants before it gets formalised. Sinopec may very well just buy the technology in the interim if the pilot plants prove viable at scale.
