If this is an example of how a modern day Government operates...Goodness help us.
If they can't answer/manage a simple request by big business in a timely manner, how is it we leave them make the big decisions that concern us all, Health, Education, our future etc.
Honestly, if MMX to date had worked as slowly as this Government has on this single issue, then I would be afraid.
The longer this drags out, the more incompetent Colin and his Government look in the eyes of investors in WA. C'mon G-men, pull you finger out so we can all get on with it!!!
