Yes the board would have met to decide the "partner"... They will know "who" they will be working with through to production....an announcement will probably come in the next few weeks... remember that this is a big deal that we are talking here.. there will be no rushing of anything, due diligence takes time.
The first announcement will probabaly just be a "meet the Partner" type announcement.

Samples will need to be sent for testing in pellet plants, sinter plants etc.

These things take time.

The signing of the final "Money" contract will hinge on a few things, ore suitability being a big one...
