I welcomed the expansion of Aquna (MCA) product into my regions Woolworths store recently. Had to buy some fillets for a taste test with wife & tried it a few ways. Overall found it a light clean tasting flesh with good texture My favourite was herb/beer battered served with chips. Also added some Crystal Bay shrimp (SFG) to the avo salad. Very satisfied with the product and my holdings this company to date. The take up from Aust. Super can only be a good thing i think.
