Okay , so we now know that the NDIS is seeking to standardise the diagnoses of children with Autism. Inconsistent assessment of autism in children may be responsible for incorrect diagnosis , which leads to inefficient use of public health funding. I can now see where this is going, the NTI Package offers a standard approach to diagnosis, thus giving the NDIS the structure to cut back its rapidly increasing spending in the autism sector.
