I am pleased to report that the Prospectus Offer to raise $7.0m (Offer) was heavily over-subscribed and closed in accordance with the planned timetable on Monday the 3rd of October.
Having successfully closed the Offer, the Listing Application and Prospectus have now been reviewed by the ASX Listing Applications Review Committee and we understand will next be considered by the ASX National Listing Committee either next Wednesday (12 October) or Friday (14 October). As a result, it is most likely that the Company will be admitted to commence trading on ASX during the week commencing Monday the 24th of October – once we have a firm date confirmed by ASX we will let investors know.
In relation to the business, progress continues to be pleasing and we look forward to providing a full update around the time of listing.
