    JUM recently purchased the private software publishing company Manaccom for $5mil(cash and shares) and as a result of the purchase has deciced to change its name to Manaccom . JUM has also completed a 10:1 consolidation as of last friday meaning the old share price of 2.6c now becomes 26c. The new consolidated price trades as JUMDA for the next two weeks before it officially begins trading as MNL(Manaccom).
