You don't seem to be denying that the number of ICU beds we currently have for 119 ICU Covid patients is sufficient, and that they are adequately resourced with equipment and staff, and the staff have sufficient PPE to do their job.
I'm all ears, what specifically do you think should have been done that wasn't done?
I have previously covered staffing as the biggest issue in my posts, but you have not shown how you see it as being related to the April 2020 announcement.
