I think the dilution comment is missing some context.
Dilution as a byproduct of raising the capital to progress the company is in the best interest of the company if the other option is to not raise capital and risk stagnating progress.
It's a point that was explained better in the CR Ann thread, if there's concerns over dilution it would be worth having a read through that thread again (rather than me try explain it and get it wrong).
The gist is that a 20% dilution is worth the 50% gain it facilitates in the future.
Perhaps we would make that gain without a CR, but the timeframe for that would be longer or opportunities would be missed altogether.
