    Agree 100%.

    Also,it's too easy to misinterpret a post for we only see the written word without the benefit of seeing the poster's face and tone of voice to guide us. And the written word can be again misunderstood by a coma in the wrong place.
    Not proof reading every time before hitting send button.
    I have been caught out there a few times myself.

    That's why I suggest at times we need a mug of coffee to give one time to respond instead of reacting. I have also been guilty of reacting.

    I have also found I need to do that in my private life with love ones.Once the bad words are said in the heat of the moment,you can not completely take them back and be the same as before.

    It's like driving a nail in a block of wood then removing it.You have removed the nail,but the hole you made is still there.
