NO company director can buy a share when they have knowledge of an impending deal.
That is a condition which applies to any company director and is not ZYL specific.
The Directors of CDU were buying and selling in between news releases
I could name many many more but ZYL directors are not buyers of its stock.
Indeed the only change to the Top 20 holdings was the largest shareholder selling.
That is not to say ZYL is a dud,far from it but it is odd Directors are not buyers.
