Correct. In this stock since 2017 and $1 it's a bare minimum considering Resource, Quality, Permits, Water, DFSs and so on. Stg2 it's not easy to value because DFS 1 in 2019 covers "only" the first 200m with the remaining 300-400m "unexplored" or, better saying, not part of any DFS. Then there is the CEOL issue.... Anyhow, I concur with my fellow long term investors that Stg 2 could easily be $1B. Exciting times ahead. Bring it on.
