No doubt there is momentum and offers but nothing worth announcing as of yet. There is a fair chance they are in the same position in the data room as last couple of week in the 20s. One article about a lowball offer doesn’t mean a deal will happen. But it certainly does give them a leg to stand on with investor interest. No doubt there are a lot of company’s doing due diligence and ready to make an offer. I’m hoping the coledco responses are a diversion to a different suitor but I think they will play a part.
