    Given strong rebound of lithium price and likely continue, Codelco has to close the deal fast as likely our sp will storm higher to 50c+ by next week. Offer has to be higher than market sp although premium is calculate based on vwap but unlikely major holders accept 50c anyway. So giving us more bullets for negotiations. GLTAH
