Arrow and Shell will be negotiating with BG at what price they will sell their stakes. Its a fair bet they have Mathews Capital onside as he is a large holder of Arrow as well. Those 3 have 43% of Pure. BG do not only want 50%, they want the lot. These guys will be sellers at $9 and I won't be surprised when BG offer that. Arrow will then be well funded for the next few years ahead.
