reality is there won’t be any other bidders as the new policy states any development will be in a PPP with state owned companies. Other state owned companies are hardly going to bid the price up. The BOD hands are tied….Chile is going the route of Armamco and why shouldn’t they….it’s their resource….it’s worked for the Saudis….well at least the royal court
