Look, the guys at ALB are not stupid and they still operate (and expand) and trust the system in Chile. It's a Democracy now so things could change color every 4/5 years. You remember how quickly the Gov representatives came out saying "no, it's not a Nationalization" and everyone with half a brain and wanting to read the "intent" understood that it wansnt a nationalization?
Never trust the paper...especially Bloomberg.
