    It appears (imo) that the financial negotiation going on behind closed doors will involve LPI Stage 1 and 2 and Codelco (with possibly others) in a unified deal.

    Codelco has a new CEO, there is a new Mining minister. All this has the feeling of, get a ducking move on.

    Great place for LPI to be, holding all the aces.
