Codiak and Exopharm have very different strategies for growth, so as tempting as it is, it may not be that helpful to compare SP.
Codiak has raised US@235M (AUD$336M) to date in four rounds (from venture capital and the Alaskan government) and more than US$50 in upfront contract payments. They are in early clinical trials on several exosome-based therapeutics; it's a long, uncertain road to FDA approval and commercialisation. Oh, and they sold off their manufacturing facility to Lonza (see my earlier posts), so have lost any potential early revenue they might have got by manufacturing exosome-based medicines for other companies. Folks who invested in last round (Post-IPO @$21) are probably still be cutting their losses.
Capricor's recent deal with Nippon Shinyaku is for the exclusive right to commercialise and distribute CAP-1002, their CDC-based therapeutic (i.e. not exosome-based) drug that is in Phase Three clinical trial.

Exopharm has raised about a tenth of Codiak's investment funding to date. The last raise was $12Mm @72c (about twice what they'd set as the minimum, but at the time they took advantage of the SP and the fact that they were massively oversubscribed). Dixon's strategy has always been to minimise dilution for shareholders, which includes minimising raises and getting early revenue by licensing the LEAP process.
We know Exopharm is an early innovator in this space. It has announced several agreements with interested parties, now has an office in Switzerland (Bern), and as
