Cody loosing capital raising bonus and Fred resigning = large capital raising coming to reduce sharing profits with other company(s)
I never liked Fred being on the board as he is just brawn/money and I think Audiopixels is one of the ASX biggest cons, but he has the money and has probably seen the genuine value in WBT and can get off the board dump shares then buy into CR. Maybe some AKP dumping to fill the coffers as well.
Another more likely theory is they don’t need any more CR as set on partnering route, have partner in sight and no need for Fred or CR bonus.
