sorry buddy but i am not one of those greater minds. they have me totally flummoxed. 12 months of commissioning...$30 million to upgrade the plant.to double it's capacity,of which COE paid half, guarantees of a minimum of TJ45 from January 1st. and the next two days they are projecting 14's. i am reminded of a Jim Carey movie!
