I can not wait to see when these sleeping giants will emerge from there sleep.
Maybe with a number of punters being hit hard lately with the likes of NXS and OEX will we see a return to the well managed, productive and cashed up (COE) small oilers.
I emailed COE (in relation to the morocco venture) the other day and had a response within a matter of minutes.
