COE management have a pretty good track record of failing to deliver what they promise whereas SXY management does deliver.
The problem with COE is the Orbost production issues and that is why COE is so cheap right now.
If they can ever fix the problems to a level that is acceptable to the market the share price will of course rocket higher.
The issue is can they or even anyone else fix the problem and until we know the answer to that buying shares in COE is like having a big night out at the casino where you either make a killing or lose everything.
