And what about the timing ladies and gentlemen, 6.13pm on Friday 26/08/10, 15 hours & 47 minutes before the deadline on the vote!

This announcement has come out about 24 hours AFTER the deadline for the vote unless you are able to attend the meeting in person and vote at the meeting. Proxies received after 5pm yesterday won't be counted.


First thing Monday morning I am calling ASIC, the ASX and anyone else I have to ensure that this vote becomes void. I will also be contacting the media, as they will love this story!


Unless you are 100% certain that the vote will pass then I would wait to see the result of the vote first. If the deal fails to get enough votes then we want to accept those results.
