    This new "farm-in agreement" is no different to COE going to a TAB put a bet on a horse the horse comes last, and they ask for a refund.
    This deal gets smellier as it gets closer to the vote; reckon people starting to get nervous especially if they don't have contingencies in place for a game-breaker like this ...
