coe announces zeta deal, page-23

I agree having just read the COE 'Price Sensitive' announcement it does totally change the detail that was in the public domain in which shareholders could quite expectedly access in making there decision on voting in relation to the Zeta deal.

I would expect KEY management to come out before market on Monday with a 'Price Sensitive' announcement stating the proposed new farm in terms and at a minimum deferring the vote to allow shareholders to make an informed decision.

I am sure they are not keen on this scenario as I believe they want a vote before TZ results appear.

What a shambles!
