Hopefully sanity will prevail on Monday, and the GM gets deferred.
If the KEY board decide to go ahead with the meeting, and the YES vote gets up, you can expect this to get very ugly. I also understand that each of the KEY directors intend to vote in favour of the resolutions in respect of their own Key shareholdings. I wonder if Ken Russell?s vote(5.29m shares) is actually a conflict of Interest with his new role under the expanded company.
