I agree with you, in fact, the company is doing something for the restructure and refinance, which is a good thing. I believe the reason people sell today is because they didn't see the buy out, they didn't see the $2 offer, but what people should see is that the action they are taking is very big.
for me, I am more concern about the 250 million due to 1st of May given there is only about 2 monthes. for the 900 million, I don't think the bank will call it before 1st May simply because they know the consequce of doing that.
