re: coe strike oil get on board need to let all the Rivkinites exit first. They are bought in at 25 cents (baaaaa) and now that the share price has recovered back to 25 cents they are exiting again (baaaaaa).
Until that backlog is cleared, price will not move much, unless of course Arwon comes up trumps and it might break the shackles.
The brokers analysis further up agrees with my own workings.
