    In view of the recent court decisions I suggest that the carrying value of Kensington should have declined by at least $42.48m from 31st. December meaning that an adverse event has reduced Coeur's assets by more than 5%.

    With port access also surprisingly blocked by the Court the future of the Kensington mine looks clouded.
