Would love to read peoples thoughts on COF being a great cash flow contribution to a portfolio and to keep buying units with the distributions for 5 years to make a strong medium term cash flow component of a portfolio.
Its also undervalued to its NTA. Should be $2.40 but could get back to historical highs in the next 2 years with a good continued recovery story, representing close to 50% improvement in unit value along with a nice +7% yield p.a..
