COF now has 57% if FCO, so they shouldn’t have any problem getting 90%. I posted mine off yesterday; the deal has improved with COF announcing a better then expected profit and special dividend. FCO shareholders will receive the normal and special divided (12c total) once COF receives 90% acceptance.
FCO is worth about 32c/share at COF’s current share price so there is an arbitrage opportunity.
