Coffee, page-4

I was amazed at the number of different coffee beans
all nicely sitting there in jars

and as people came in it seemed to us
everybody wanted a different bean/coffee

(this made me think.. I know nothing about coffee)

and then there were these
o' dream little cakes, in the same shop
and their ffffffffffffffffffantastic croissants
which I had to test

now these were nothing like the chook food (thats all they are)that Coles has
these were real French Croissants
made with real skills and butter

as good as they were
the Croissants that are made every morning on Princess Cruises
are the best ....... so so special

(I make bread and enjoy and think deeply about the skills of bread making)
