    I'm bit confused with current SP.

    My expectation is for SP to fall down after announcement for CR but it did not?

    After successful CR I was hoping that SP will go up but the opposite is happening. If people did not believe in this stock why did they take up the offer and now they are selling?

    Does anyone have any plausible explanation?
