gmasi/others: Cannot quite understand WHY exactly you are 'confused'?? The CR was done at 0.4 cents and the current SUD share-price is stuck around the 0.4 cents mark as well. JIMHO: Some entities are hoping that the options will eventually - sometime in the (IMHO quite distant!) - future 'come good' and want to profit from that THEN and in the meantime lessen their overall exposure by 'on-selling' the acquired shares at the same 0.4 cents at which they did get them...
After all, this stock is - again JIMHO - still a high risk/high reward (or massive loss) play. In my personal view, I have - stupidly or correctly - a lot more confidence here now since the arrival on the scene of Mr. Hopper. However, for him to 'clean up the mess' will take - once again IMHO - quite a while, i.e. several months. Luckily, Suda now has the money to survive that period.
Thereafter, it will be either SHINING LIGHTS ON or lights out and closure. Time will tell.
