I was sold on the vision of this stock and bought in a few years back.
management have made a string of acquisitions which have not seen any synergies or scale benefits.
a few poor acquisitions have been made and several none core business holdings have been for sale without any successful buyer.
2 yrs ago there was going to be great advances in software integration but that messaging died.
last years promise was a new product in equipment finance which would be distributed through the broker network. again this has not been delivered.
thorn and CGR acquisitions have not happened.
nothing seems to be going right with this stock.
who is interested in breaking down the numbers in the various business units to dissect the business in detail.
I see a good story here but ZERO delivery on the vision. I see poor communication and no organic growth in broker land and a lease business is trouble.
should we start a few threads and break down the business and challenge each other's assumptions.
or are people not interested?
