To compulsorally acquire needs over 90%- therefore GIR can block. If low ball offer won't get mine & believe can rustle up blocking stake with a few phone calls. See what's put on table-but don't act too hastily. Cash asset backing probably 70 odd cents per share + all the other goodies. Anything under $1.50 should be laughed at.
