Mer: valid points. I could only assume lack of funds for larger groups. Perhaps the secondaries were in place to try and take as much advantage as possible of the trials, after all its worth a look and i would of been more surprised if they didnt even try.

As you said a golden opportunity, perhaps they were trying to maximise it. Alas nothing showed up. Perhaps as they more carefully analyse data they might see more trends.

We will have to wait and see.

And yes you are correct on the dosage of 250 mg for all except placebo. Makes sample size larger, but still not huge.

With luck the extension will show more.
