yes i think i understood your first post.
ill reword my response.
there are contract negotiations in place (assumed) with some third party to obtain a new technology idea and develop it. the negotations do not become material until the contract is signed and executed. it could be possible that the contract is tied in with the granting of the patent. if that is the case it could be awhile before we hear anything official.
