Imagine when all the poorer countries' masses can afford to have Cochlear's implants. That will dwarf the growth to come from the developed world's baby boomers who are starting to go deaf.
Their financial model is a money making machine. Add that sort of growth and you can sit back and rake it in. Very comfortable holding COH for the very long term even if it is being punished right now.
