COI - It's Darkest before Dawn, MAHALO worth 34 cents Per Share

The Future will prove the past. Mahalo is worth an estimated 34 cents per share on its own.

If you estimate what that interest is worth, you get a feel for how badly the market is mis-pricing COI.

My estimates based on historical transactions, which I believe are reasonable, if not conservative, show clearly that the full 40% interest in MAHALO is worth more than $260 Million or 34 cents per share to COI, after costs and tax.

At the current share price and based on this fully de-risked investment alone, the share price is 27.46 cents per share less than it should be, and that is before placing an value on the MAHALO NORTH leases (that can be quick to production) and Galilee and NSW Narrabri assets.

Mis-pricings like this present major buying opportunities for investors. Especially when the Company does not need to raise capital to fund its investments. The sale of a part interest will fund activities and the Northern Australian Infrastructure Fund can be tapped for Mahalo, Mahalo North and Galilee too.
