its fair to say that i agree with what your saying here, the deal is good for us because it brings in cash and experience in CSM and yes there is some dilution, with shares on issue moving out to 250 million odd, however compared with many other companies this quite a low number of shares on issue. As mentioned elsewhere it allows continued funding of the US projects to avoid significant dilution there.
Personally im confident of the SP stabilising round this level, once the deal goes through, is there anyone holding who is not in favour? There is bound to be someone, there always is.
