    As you can see I'm new to HC, and also fairly new to DYE & trying to get up to speed.

    So

    >Looks like TATA got CPI to develop the polymer protective >top coat for the cells for the test line...wonder if it's >wet or plasma (PECVD)?

    It's not neccessarily a bad is it? It is still cells made be DYE, is that right, or is this different Tata project?
