In the US companies need to get permission from shareholders for a share buyback. If all of this is on the US side then it is shorters or hedge funds changing positions.
In Aus, can PRANA buy back shares without telling anyone? Would you notice it before the next report due out?
If the US is shorting would not PRANA want to remove shares from the market in order to build price moves on next announcement?
