The problem with using technical analysis when you've already formed a view using fundamental analysis is that you go looking for indicators to support your fundamental view. Hence the coiled spring in the original post. Looking at the chart now, I reckon the price needs to quickly get back above 10c or it's going to get stuck in the old 5-10c trading range.
