I am optimistic with this stock. The numbers just stack up sooooo good! Recent sophisticated investor took a larger stake, over 50 % of shares held tightly and small number of shares overall.

From what I understand the capital required for plant construction will be totally debt financed. Can see this happening given that only $ 29 million required or so. Hope this is the case and no CR's taken.

At 2.3 million ounces annual production, $ 20 profit per ounce, that leads to overall profit of $ 46 million. With a 145.9 million shares on issue an indicative share price of $ 3.9 can be calculated (12.35*46/145.9, 12.35 typical mining constant).

I reckon this stock has explosive potential.

Also gold to silver historic ratio is about 30:1. That currently puts silver at around $ 47 per ounce!!!

I so hope silver runs past $ 50 an ounce.
