And yes, I too approached PIFAG as I informed you during our meetings.

I recognised long ago when loitering outside their offices in Sydney, that ASIC could not be a party to such action.
End of story. Reasons given to me were fears, and indeed threats of defamation to those who would instigate it.
This Defamation Malaise is the real impediment to real action in PIF defence.

So all these protestations to ASIC had nil result and PIF members may have missed the opportunity to start something worthwhile in their own name.

Did you notice; apart from your reply, there were no other reactions to this offer which I seem to repeat ad nauseum on this forum.

That's where I stand. If you have the undeniable proof of criminality, as you have stated here, it needs to be handed to Police and let our puny snowball roll from there.
