An amazingly lucrative deal for some serendipitous individual with absolutely no risk attached -as collateral was given over the entire PIF asset base . I would be astonished if it is lawful not to divulge the identify of the individual concerned under the Corporations Act. But then again a lot of things relating to how corporations are allowed to operate under ASIC mandate have left me gob- smacked over the last five years.
